Regulatory, practical, and partnership questions — distilled. Quick answers on flights, insurance & programs.

What is Centrix Drone Cleaning?
Centrix Drone Cleaning is our commercial drone exterior cleaning brand, based in Huntington, NY and serving Long Island plus NY, NJ, CT, MA, and MD. We fly FAA Part 107 Sherpa-class systems for roof soft-wash, facades, solar, gutters, windows, concrete washing, graffiti removal, and inspections — coordinated with Gold Coast when you need interior or ground crews the same week.
Are drones actually quieter than swing stages?
For many urban sites, yes — especially when we schedule electric pumps and avoid night curfew conflicts. We still brief neighbours when flights occur near residential lines.
What insurance documentation do you bring?
General liability with aviation / UAS endorsements as applicable, plus named insured COI upon contract execution. Specific towers may require excess — we coordinate with your risk team early.
How do you handle FAA airspace?
Class B/C/D surfaces require LAANC or manual authorisations. We bake authorization windows into your schedule — never the other way around.
Can you use our chemistry?
Sherpa-class rigs are chemically agnostic per manufacturer guidance — we validate compatibility, SDS requirements, and capture discharge compliance for each municipality.
Do you handle concrete washing and graffiti removal?
Yes. Through Gold Coast Janitorial, we provide commercial concrete washing and graffiti removal for sidewalks, plazas, facades, and coated surfaces — with rapid response for property managers and retail. See our portfolio for project photography as it is added.
What about interior cleaning the same week?
Pair with Gold Coast Janitorial for carpet, floor care, and porter coverage — one calendar, two specialists.
Do you sell drones?
Centrix is a service operator. For OEM purchases, training paths, and financing programs, see Lucid Bots Sherpa.
